Start with your mattress size, then check the room around it.

These are standard UK mattress dimensions, not the outside dimensions of the frame. Upholstery, wings and headboards add to the footprint. Check the product’s dimensions and leave space to walk around, open doors and use storage.

Ottoman storage. A lift-up base gives access to the space beneath the mattress. Check which end or side opens and allow room to use the lifting mechanism.

Drawer storage. Drawers can make everyday items easy to reach. Leave clearance beside the bed and check that bedside tables will not block them.

Storage type, opening direction and capacity vary by model. Select the option you want on the product page; storage is not included unless stated.

Look at fabric in your own room, in daylight and in the evening. Screen settings can change how a colour appears.

Check the available choices for your model. Metal finishes and upholstery options vary; not every bed offers the same fabrics.

Choose the same size for the mattress and bed. Check the base requirements, mattress depth and any weight limits stated for the model, especially for an ottoman or TV bed.

A mattress is separate unless the product or selected package says it is included. Firmness is a personal preference—compare the product details before choosing.

• Measure doorways, hallways, stairs and tight turns. Compare the largest delivered sections, not just the assembled bed.
• Use the postcode checker for an estimate and any regional charge. Delivery dates are arranged with the team; 2–7 working days is an estimate, not a guaranteed appointment.
• Room delivery and assembly are optional paid services where offered. Check the selected service and the final delivery charge before paying.
• Clear the route and protect flooring before the delivery team arrives.
