Delivery Information

At LoveMyBedss, we offer a two-person delivery service on all orders. This service is free of charge &  applies to all orders unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Process
• Upon placing your order, you will receive an instant order confirmation email.
• A member of our team will review your order and contact you within 24 hours to arrange a suitable delivery date.
• Your order will then enter the manufacturing process.
• Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will contact you the day before delivery to provide an estimated delivery time slot.
• Your item will be delivered by our experienced delivery team.

Delivery Terms & Charges

• Customers are responsible for ensuring clear, safe, and suitable access for delivery, including doorways, hallways, staircases, ceilings, flooring, lifts, and communal areas.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to check all measurements and access routes prior to ordering.
• If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions, customer unavailability, or circumstances not caused by LoveMyBedss or our courier partners, a failed delivery fee of up to £99 per attempt may be charged.
• We require a minimum of 5 working days’ notice to postpone a delivery. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the delivery date being unchanged or a re-delivery charge of up to £99 being applied.
• Any change to the delivery address after dispatch from our warehouse may incur a redirection fee of up to £99.

Property & Access Responsibility

Due to the size, weight, and nature of furniture items, delivery into residential and commercial properties carries an inherent risk.

By accepting delivery, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
• LoveMyBedss, its employees, agents, and courier partners cannot be held responsible for damage to property, including but not limited to doors, door frames, walls, floors, ceilings, staircases, banisters, fixtures, fittings, paintwork, tiles, or any other surfaces.
• Delivery is undertaken at the customer’s discretion and risk, and the customer accepts responsibility for the suitability of the premises and access points.
• Minor marks, scuffs, or cosmetic damage may occur and are considered an unavoidable risk when delivering large and heavy furniture items.
• Where delivery conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable, our delivery team reserves the right to refuse or abort delivery to prevent injury or damage.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where applicable.

• Scottish Islands
• Isle of Wight

Areas That Incur Additional Delivery Charges

The following postcode areas incur a custom delivery charge, which will be confirmed upon enquiry or at the point of ordering:
HS, KW, IV, AB, PH, PA (selected areas), DD, EX, TQ, PL, TR, CT, TA, SP, parts of TN, Northern Ireland, and any location outside the United Kingdom.

Delivery Times

• Standard UK mainland deliveries typically take 3–7 working days from dispatch.
• Certain items, including mirror beds and selected sofas, may have longer lead times (typically 1–3 weeks).
• Deliveries are usually attempted between 6:00am and 8:00pm.
• Delivery time slots are estimates only and may be affected by traffic conditions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
