Delivery Information

At LoveMyBedss, we provide a two-person delivery service, free of charge to all standard UK mainland addresses, subject to location and access.

Areas We Do Not Deliver To
We do not deliver to:
• Some areas of the Scottish Highlands
• Scottish Islands
• Isle of Wight

Areas That Incur Additional Delivery Charges
Delivery surcharges apply to the following postcode areas:
HS, KW, IV, AB, PH, PA (selected areas), DD, EX, TQ, PL, TR, CT, TA, SP, parts of TN, Northern Ireland, and any location outside the United Kingdom.

Delivery Process
 • Upon placing your order, you will receive an instant order confirmation email.
• A member of our team will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a delivery date.
• Your order will then enter the manufacturing process.
• Once ready for dispatch, we will contact you the day before delivery with an estimated delivery time slot.
• Your item will be delivered by our experienced delivery team.

Delivery Terms, Access & Re-Delivery Charges
• Customers are responsible for ensuring clear, safe, and suitable access for delivery, including doorways, hallways, staircases, ceilings, flooring, lifts, and communal areas.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to check all measurements and access routes prior to ordering.
• If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions or customer unavailability, a failed delivery fee of up to £99 per attempt may be charged.
• A minimum of 5 working days’ notice is required to postpone delivery. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a re-delivery charge of up to £99.
• Any change to the delivery address after dispatch from our warehouse may incur a redirection fee of up to £99.

Property Damage During Delivery

Due to the size, weight, and nature of furniture items, delivery into residential and commercial properties carries an inherent risk.

By accepting delivery, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
• LoveMyBedss, its employees, agents, and courier partners are not responsible for damage to property, including but not limited to doors, door frames, walls, floors, ceilings, staircases, banisters, fixtures, fittings, paintwork, tiles, or any other surfaces.
• Delivery is undertaken at the customer’s discretion and risk, and the customer accepts responsibility for the suitability of the premises and access points.
• Minor marks, scuffs, scratches, or cosmetic damage may occur and are considered an unavoidable risk when delivering large and heavy furniture items.
• LoveMyBedss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including repair costs, redecorating costs, loss of earnings, or inconvenience arising from delivery.
• Where delivery conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable, our delivery team reserves the right to refuse, abort, or halt delivery to prevent injury or damage.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where applicable.

Delivery Times

• Standard UK mainland deliveries typically take 3–7 working days from dispatch.
• Certain items, including mirror beds and selected sofas, may have longer lead times (typically 1–3 weeks).
• Deliveries are usually attempted between 6:00am and 8:00pm.
• Delivery time slots are estimates only and may be affected by traffic, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Pricing Errors

We take reasonable care to ensure all prices on our website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

If a pricing error is identified, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to:
• Proceed with the order at the correct price, or
• Cancel the order for a full refund, issued via the original payment method.
We are not obliged to supply goods at an incorrect price.
All deposits are strictly non-refundable.

Cancellations & Returns Policy

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items

All bed frames, including divan beds, are bespoke, handmade-to-order items and are not held in stock.
• Once production has commenced, orders are non-refundable.
• Returns or exchanges are not accepted for size or colour issues.
• Customers are strongly advised to order fabric swatches prior to purchase.

Cooling-Off Period
• Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase with written or verbal notice.
• Cancellations after this period are subject to a 35% cancellation fee of the total order value.

Damage & Faults
• Products must be inspected within 24 hours of delivery.
• Any damage or defects must be reported to customerservice@lovemybedss.co.uk within this timeframe.
• Claims made outside this period cannot be accepted.
• Where a fault is confirmed, we reserve the right to offer a repair or replacement before considering a refund.

Mattresses
• Mattresses are delivered in sealed hygiene packaging.
• Once opened, mattresses are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Product Images & Colour Representation

All product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours, textures, and finishes may vary due to lighting conditions, photography, screen settings, and image editing.

Fabric swatches provide the most accurate representation of colour and material. LoveMyBedss cannot accept responsibility for colour variations where swatches were not reviewed prior to ordering.

Room Preparation & Existing Furniture

Customers must ensure that the delivery location and room of installation are clear, accessible, and ready prior to delivery.

Our delivery team is not authorised to move, remove, dismantle, or dispose of existing furniture, fixtures, or fittings.

Third-Party Delivery Partners

Delivery services may be carried out by third-party courier or logistics partners acting on behalf of LoveMyBedss.

LoveMyBedss cannot be held responsible for delays, disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control once goods are in transit with a third-party provider.

Assembly & Installation Limitations

Assembly is limited to standard manufacturer instructions only.

Our delivery team will not carry out structural alterations, wall mounting, electrical work, or modifications to furniture or property.

Customer Conduct & Communication

LoveMyBedss reserves the right to refuse service, delivery, or communication where customers engage in abusive, threatening, harassing, or unreasonable behaviour towards our staff, contractors, or delivery partners.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact LoveMyBedss directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback or dispute does not negate the customer’s contractual obligations under these terms and may delay resolution.

Acceptance of Delivery

Acceptance of delivery confirms that the goods have been received in satisfactory condition unless damage or defects are reported within the stated inspection period.

Failure to report issues within the specified timeframe may result in claims being declined.

Discount Codes

• Only one discount code may be used per order.
• Discount codes cannot be combined with any other promotion or offer.

Warranty

Effective from 1 August 2025:
• Orders placed before August 2025 include a 2-year warranty on bed frames.
• Orders placed from August 2025 onwards include a 3-year warranty on bed frames.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
