What Our Guarantee Covers

Our guarantee covers structural manufacturing defects including:

  • Faults in centre support rails or slat systems

This is a normal characteristic of mattress materials and not considered a manufacturing fault.

Body impressions or settlement within acceptable tolerance levels are normal.
