Because we manufacture in the UK, we’re able to offer faster lead times without compromising on quality.
Please note: a small selection of sofas may not be UK manufactured. Delivery times for these items can vary — please enquire for specific lead times. However, we do tend to hold stock on selected models for quicker dispatch where available.

What warranty do you offer and what does it cover?
We offer a 5-year structural warranty on all of our beds and sofas.
This covers manufacturing defects relating to the frame and structural integrity under normal household use.
We stand behind the quality of our materials and craftsmanship — if there’s ever an issue, our team is here to help.
Can you make bespoke designs or sizes?
Yes — we offer made-to-measure options across many of our bed and sofa ranges.

What happens if there’s an issue within the warranty period?
If an issue arises within the warranty period, please contact our team with your order details and photos of the concern.
We will review the matter and, where covered under warranty, arrange the appropriate solution — whether that be repair, replacement parts, exchange, or another suitable resolution.
Our goal is to resolve any issues as efficiently and fairly as possible.
