Orders
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where necessary.

If an order is cancelled, any payment made will be refunded.
Product Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions and specifications are accurate.

Measurements are approximate
Upholstered furniture may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes
Product specifications may change without notice where improvements are made
A tolerance of up to 2–3cm in dimensions may occur and is considered acceptable within industry standards.
Product Images & Colour Representation
All product images displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes only.
Colours, textures and finishes may vary due to:
- Lighting conditions during photography
- Device screen settings
- Fabric batch variations
- Image editing or display settings
For the most accurate representation of colour and material, customers are encouraged to order fabric samples prior to placing an order.
LoveMyBedss cannot accept responsibility for colour variations where fabric samples were not reviewed.
Bespoke & Made-to-Order Furniture
Many of our products are handmade to order or manufactured to customer specifications.
These include, but are not limited to:
- Upholstered bed frames
Divan beds
Custom fabric selections
Made-to-measure furniture
Special order sofas
As these products are made specifically for the customer, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Once production has commenced, bespoke items cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded unless confirmed faulty.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all specifications are correct before placing an order.
Pricing
All prices on our website are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Promotions & Discount Codes
Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to the following conditions:
Only one discount code may be used per order
Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated
Promotions may be withdrawn or amended without notice
Delivery
Delivery services are provided in accordance with our Delivery Information Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Manufacturer Guarantee
Certain products include a 5 Year Structural Manufacturer Guarantee covering defects in the internal frame or structural components.
This guarantee applies only to normal domestic household use and is non-transferable.

Customer Conduct
LoveMyBedss reserves the right to refuse service, delivery or communication where customers engage in abusive, threatening, harassing or unreasonable behaviour towards our staff, contractors or delivery partners.
We are committed to maintaining a respectful environment for both our customers and team members.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact LoveMyBedss directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Initiating a chargeback does not remove the customer’s contractual obligations under these Terms & Conditions.
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may be disputed and pursued through the appropriate legal channels.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoveMyBedss shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
- Delays caused by third-party delivery providers
- Loss resulting from misuse, incorrect assembly or improper care of products
- Nothing within these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Intellectual Property
All content on the LoveMyBedss website, including text, graphics, images, logos and design elements, remains the intellectual property of LoveMyBedss.
Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or use of website content is prohibited.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
