What counts as like for like?
The competitor’s offer must meet every condition below:
- The exact same brand, model, size, fabric, colour, specification and configuration
- New, in stock and available to order for delivery to your address
- Supplied with an equivalent 5-year structural warranty
- Offered with the same delivery and assembly service
- Available with the same payment or finance options, eligibility and terms
- Sold by an authorised UK retailer
How we compare the price
We compare the full amount payable, including the product price, delivery, assembly and all mandatory charges. The competitor price must be publicly advertised and verifiable when we check it.
What is excluded?
- Clearance, ex-display, refurbished, used or damaged products
- Marketplace, auction, private-sale or unauthorised-retailer listings
- Obvious pricing errors
- Employee, membership, trade, personalised or private discount codes
- Short-lived flash offers that are no longer available when verified
How to make a claim
